Serving Others

What does it mean to serve others in our community? Many times when we consider growing our business, we focus on marketing and advertising.

However, there is another aspect which also needs attention, growing a community around your business. Whether you realize it or not, there are already people around your business who are passionate about your business and that are invested in its success: from the people that use your services, to those who just love what you do and want to see you flourish.

It's a big step taking a client list and turning it into a community, where they start interacting with each other. But, it's an awesome way to foster close relationships and gives common ground to those around you. It also provides an avenue to gather more resources and share information. Rather than out of a selfish desire to get more money or gain more clients, it's done from the peer perspective of seeing others helped and equipped to be better pet parents.

It takes conquering our fears, but also realizing our strengths. It takes realizing that people are invested in us and what we do. Growing community does help grow your business but more importantly, you help grow the people that are part of it.
