Leading Yourself

Are you leading yourself well? How would you know? What areas of growth do both you and your business have? All of these questions are answered through introspection. Being introspective means being honest with yourself and taking an unflinching look at where you are right now. It's not always pretty, but the longer we avoid it, the harder it becomes. We also miss a LOT of not just red flags, but also opportunities.

So we want to challenge you to take 30 minutes this weekend and ask yourself some tough questions. Things like, am I skilled enough? Who are my clients? What services should I be providing? Do I need help anywhere?
