Bike Rides

We've been taking a lot of afternoon and evening family bike rides lately.

After all the dogs have gone home, and before any evening drop-ins, the temperature has been perfect for a trip through the nearby park.

Over the last few months, our kids have been growing in confidence and independence. Each time we go out, we encounter something new and challenging for them. With each success, no matter how small, they start ooking for new challenges and approach new scenarios with confidence.

They peddle a little faster, corner tighter, and recover from falls faster.

It's a reminder to us that new experiences build us and change us, whether we realize it or not. Our kids can't see how much they've grown, but we can. As we tackle new things in business and our personal life, we end up wholly new and better prepared for what's the come.

It's a reminder about the importance of growing and learning from our past and taking a conscious effect to do things differently if necessary. You probably don't realize it, but you've grown this year. Have confidence in that, and know are better prepared for the future than you realize.
